Hours and Fees

     Dr. Hutton's office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, afternoons and evenings only. Her earliest appointment of the day is at 12.30 PM and her last appointment begins at 8.00 PM.  Sessions are 45-50 minutes long. Initial appointments are set up during your phone conversation  with Dr. Hutton.

     Most people who see Dr. Hutton pay the session fee at the tine of the visit.  Those who have an insurance policy with "outpatient psychotherapy benefits" are given a completed insurance form that can be filed for partial reimbursement.  With some Blue Cross/Blue Shield policies, the client makes a co-payment at the time of the visit, and in these cases, Dr. Hutton's office submits the insurance forms for reimbursement.

     Questions about appointment times and insurance can be answered by an office staff member during standard business hours Monday through Friday.
